What is Life Coaching?

 

Life coaching involves becoming a collaborative partner with a personal client. It differs from my psychotherapy practice in that as a coach, I avoid diving into past or deep psychological issues that block clients from moving forward and cause problems in their lives. Instead, in life coaching, I will help the client identify what is happening now and what it is that he/she wants to accomplish for the future.

 

As your coach, I will guide you by combining my knowledge in human behavior and coaching skills. I will ask the right questions to allow you to explore and discover your unique answers. I will give you the tools you need and help you gain the insight and wisdom necessary in order to define your vision. Together, we will create a plan of action, in order to achieve your goals and live the life that you desire and so deserve.

 

As within my psychotherapy practice, you will find my coaching style genuine, loving and safe. My approach to coaching integrates all aspects of your personhood, which includes the physical, mental, and spiritual.
